If you have an LDAP directory server on your network and it contains your users and their passwords, you can use the server with:

When you use an LDAP directory server with the LDAP login authority, the LDAP directory server is used to authenticate users to Tarantella and to determine the webtop they receive.

To use an LDAP directory server in this way:

  1. Enable the LDAP login authority.
  2. Define webtop content for LDAP users using:

When you use an LDAP directory server with web server authentication, the web server is used to authenticate users to Tarantella and the LDAP directory server is used to determine the webtop they receive.

To use an LDAP directory server in this way:

  1. Enable web server authentication.
    Select either or both of the LDAP search methods.
  2. Define webtop content for LDAP users using:
