Running Windows applications on client devices

To let users click a webtop link to run a Windows application on their client device (rather than display it through Tarantella), make sure the Try Running From Client First box is checked for the application object.

If you have problems, check the following:

Make sure the application is installed in the correct location on the client device.
For web browser users, make sure the web browser supports and uses the signed Java™ archive supplied with Tarantella. (Some browsers may be configured to disable support for Java archives. You should reconfigure these browsers to allow users to run applications locally.)
